As the Director of Benefits Administration in the Summit Benefit Solutions division of Summit Financial Corporation, Skye leads this area of service, with additional responsibility in COBRA Administration and Client Communications. Prior to her employment at Summit, Skye’s background includes over nine years of experience in group life and health benefits account management and ten years in the human resources (HR) field as a benefits advisor and HR specialist.
Skye lives with her husband and two boys in Maynard, Massachusetts. Her interests include art (both as a spectator and creator), gardening, reading and traveling.
