- Why Summit?
Gloria is a Senior Account Manager in Summit’s Retirement Plan Services division. She is responsible for consulting, designing, implementing, converting, administrating, and compliance of several small to mid-size companies’ retirement plans. These are primarily 401(k), 403(b), money purchase, profit-sharing, and 457 plans.
Gloria started in the retirement plan industry in 1992. Prior to joining Summit in 2005, Gloria worked as a quality control pension administrator, team leader, and pension consultant with three local firms.
Gloria’s years of experience, knowledge, and dedication to quality service have gained her the respect and admiration of her clients and peers. She consistently strives to exceed her clients’ expectations by always following up on communications and questions. As Gloria says herself, “I may not know the answer, but I will research it and get right back to you.”
Gloria is currently a member of The American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA) and maintains the following professional designations awarded by ASPPA: Certified Pension Consultant (CPC), Qualified Plan Administrator (QPA) and Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA).
Gloria served as a pension advisor on the Human Resources Management Program Advisor Board at Bentley College from 1998 through 2002.
Gloria is originally from Salem, Massachusetts, but currently resides in Wilmington, Massachusetts, with her husband and two daughters. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering in the community.
