- Why Summit?
Frank is a senior account manager in Summit’s Retirement Plan Services division. He is responsible for consulting, designing, implementing, converting, administrating, and compliance of several small to mid-size companies’ retirement plans. These are primarily 401(k), 403(b), defined benefit pension, money purchase, profit-sharing, and 457 plans.
Frank began his career in the retirement plan industry in 1981. Prior to joining Summit in 2003, Frank worked as a pension consultant locally, as the pension administration director for a New York accounting firm, and as vice president and trust officer for a major regional bank.
Frank’s thirty plus years of experience, knowledge, and dedication to quality service have gained him the respect and admiration of his clients and peers. He consistently strives to exceed his clients’ expectations, and his work experiences give him the unique ability to provide in-depth consulting services.
Frank is a member of The American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA) and maintains the following professional designations awarded by ASPPA: Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) and Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA).
A native of Woods Hole, Massachusetts, Frank lives in Arlington, Massachusetts, with his wife and has two grown children and a grandson. When not working, he enjoys playing many sports, including tennis, golf, and hockey. He is also an avid runner and has completed eight marathons (he’s a three-time finisher of the Boston Marathon) and thirty-six Falmouth road races.
Frank is on the board of Next Step, a not-for-profit organization whose mission is “to shatter limitations and elevate aspirations of teens and young adults impacted by cancer and life-threatening blood diseases.”
